It is simple -- as women we have an extra level of energy. Meditation to a woman is different than it is to a man. With all this energy, women nurture, heal, and create for those around them; but can you use it as freely for yourselves? These 2 four-week classes are fun and informative. They offer you a new way of seeing yourself and tools to use both in your meditations and in your daily life.
